| properly maintained.. if they think that is in excellent condition then i feel bad for other cars they have had.. If his wife sells cars.. i would automatically be skeptical ( i used to be a car sales manager and worked for nissan years ago) ..i think they want to get rid of the car before they get the first bulk of the maintenance bill for the 60k and they probably expect about 2 grand + worth of repairs and maintenance.. and already didnt have resources/time/money to maintain the car properely.. I think he needs new :
1) 60k - $800
2) new tires - $375 - 500
3) new rotors - $??
4) brake fluid flush
5) new tranny Flush
6) and sounding like the condition that it is in, i would expect you to have chronic sensor issues with corrosion and decay..
7) boost leaks from rotting pipes and tubes. thats what i think of this situation.. Personally i would pass and keep lookign around. For 14-15grand you can find better tt's with more love and attention given to them.. But its your call. This car is not worth more then 10,900 in my mind.. especially with all the problems..
